For our Dutch team (70+ people), located in Amsterdam Zuid-Oost (walking distance of Bijlmer station), we are looking for a committed and pro-active Office Manager. An excellent organizer and team player with relevant experience. A professional who anticipates, cooperates, structures – without losing the details – and is able to take responsibility and initiative. This multifaceted role is not a standard job with tightly defined tasks, there are constant new responsibilities and activities. Are you up for the challenge?
As Office Manager you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Furthermore you will support the HR Manager with HR related processes. You will be responsible for all office management tasks, and various internal projects, which reflects the following:
